Responsibilities
- Lead the application of spray foam insulation on various construction sites, ensuring precise adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Supervise and coordinate team members during spray foam projects, providing guidance on techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare surfaces by performing caulking, drywall installation, or other preparatory tasks as needed before foam application
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute insulation plans
- Operate hand tools and spray equipment efficiently, maintaining all tools in optimal condition
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure consistent application and finish standards
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors,
and clients to meet project deadlines and specifications while maintaining a safe work workplace
Qualifications
- Proven experience in spray foam application with a strong understanding of insulation techniques
- Construction experience with knowledge of drywall installation, caulking, and general building practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools and spray equipment used in insulation projects
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction sites and spray foam operations
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
