RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Providing leadership in creating learning environments and products that empower CapitalCare staff to continuously develop to be their best.
- Helping staff advance their knowledge and skills and providing support, consultation, instructional design and development, and facilitation within a person-centred care framework as defined by CapitalCare's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Who You Are
EDUCATION
- A Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science is required.
RELATED KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES
- Formal learning in instructional design and/or design and development of workplace training is preferred.
- Registration in an appropriate professional association - if applicable.
