- Prepare cases for court presentations and witness preparation
- Represent BGCFS in court and related legal matters
- Provide legal advice on child welfare legislation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law and bar exam completion
- 1-2 years experience in Family Law or CYFSA proceedings
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable transportation
