Forge Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm in downtown Vancouver to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This position has been created in response to the firm’s ongoing growth.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help raise the firm’s profile by managing on-brand marketing across print, digital, social media, and web platforms, supporting business development through CRM, directory submissions, and LinkedIn guidance, while also assisting with practice group initiatives, sponsorships, events, and general administrative support.

The Offer The role offers a salary of up to $78K, three weeks’ vacation, full benefits, RRSP matching, fitness and transit subsidies, gym access, and opportunities for professional growth in a tech-driven setting.

What You Bring





Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, along with 3–5 years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm or professional services setting. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Excel, Constant Contact), are required. This role is ideal for proactive, adaptable individuals who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
