The Legal Operations group is seeking a Legal Operations Business Analyst to join our cross-functional team. You will work closely with the Apple Matters Product Manager, analyzing data, gathering requirements, and refining process models. This role requires collaboration with development, data, and change management teams to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Document current and future state business processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather, categorize, and prioritize feedback from stakeholders.
- User Feedback Analysis: Identify trends and recommend areas for improvement.
- Feedback Communication: Keep users informed about their submitted recommendations.
- Actionable User Stories: Convert user feedback into JIRA user stories reflecting desirable business processes.
- Salesforce Expertise: Work on Salesforce implementation and demonstrate relevant skillsets.
- Testing Support:
- Draft user-friendly test cases.
- Participate in system testing to confirm requirements are met.
- Support end-user testing, track progress,
and conduct follow-ups.
- Project Communication: Share findings, recommendations, and updates with the core Apple Matters team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst; Legal Operations experience is a plus.
- Process Modeling: Expertise in business process modeling is mandatory.
- Salesforce: Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and related skills.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Apple-based tools (JIRA, Miro, Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) is mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid collaboration, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Years of Experience: 2-5 years in:
- Requirements gathering.
- Process design.
- Verbal and written communication.
- Legal Operations Background: Experience in legal operations is an added advantage.
