Kits Point Dental Group is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to provide vital support to our Dentist and Patients in a busy downtown-adjacent dental clinic. Their responsibilities include assisting with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and educating patients on oral hygiene. The successful candidate will also handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Hourly wage range is from $31.00 to $35.00 depending on experience.

ensuring a clean and safe environment Take dental X-rays and digital images as required Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks Collaborate with the dental team to deliver productive, high-quality care Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required Previous dental assisting experience is preferred We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities and patients we serve.
