The Building Service Person 1 – Roofing Mechanic at the University of Waterloo participates in roofing and building envelope maintenance, performing corrective and preventive work on roof systems, flashings, and related exterior envelope components.
The role is full time and permanent, requires a 449A Red Seal as a licensed roofer, five years of roofing experience, and strong safety, teamwork, and communication skills to serve the campus community.
