Make an impact as a Lifeworks Trainer with RBVE, guiding ex-service personnel towards sustainable employment and education. This role combines training delivery with robust follow-up support across the UK. As a Lifeworks Employability Coach, you will facilitate our award-winning 4-day programme both in-person and online.

Your duties include national travel, ensuring you provide 12 months of follow-up assistance, and developing engaging workshops for diverse individuals. Collaborating with colleagues and employers is key to creating meaningful job opportunities for participants. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the Lifeworks programme nationwide, online and in-person
- Provide one year of ongoing participant support




- Develop trusted relationships with veterans and families
- Create and deliver recent employability workshops online
- Work with employers and partners for job placements Requirements:
- Experience in coaching, training, or employment support
- Dedicated to helping the Armed Forces community
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home
- Proficient in rapport building with various demographics
- Strong organizational skills for effective caseload management Contribute to life-changing support for veterans through your expertise at RBVE.
