Salary: Up to $90K (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities - Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and policies; - Liaising with clients by phone and email through all stages of a matter; - Coordinating the issuance, service,



and filing of court and tribunal documents; - Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of materials to courts and tribunals; - Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing support, document management, and internal file tracking; - Understanding and applying the Rules of Civil Procedure and relevant practice directions, and the rules of administrative tribunals; and - Various administrative duties, as needed.

Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Law Clerk or Legal Assistant.

- Robust organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
- Client-service oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with strong analytical ability.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency with legal document formatting.
