We are a leading industry residential property management company based in Toronto, looking to fill a permanent, full-time/live-in position as Building Superintendent for a rental complex within the GTA.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and a minimum of two years of superintendent experience. The role requires proven experience working directly with residents, assessing and addressing maintenance issues, completing daily reporting, and coordinating with third-party trades.

- Other skilled trades or training such as CPR, WHMIS, etc. are an asset)
- General Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, boiler, fire alarm systems etc. and completing all logs/records/checks as required
- Supervise projects and trades/service providers while in office, reporting directly to the Property Manager
- Able to multi-task and work in a team-based environment
- Good written/oral communication skills and excellent customer service in addressing tenant concerns effectively and promptly

Annual compensation based on previous work experience,



is $46,000-$50,000 per year. Health benefits offered after the successful completion of the 6-month probationary period and paid annual vacation after 1-year of employment. A one or two-bedroom apartment is offered at discounted rate including utilities.
