Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed, patient-centred treatment.
- Treat a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide continuity of care for existing Alevia Health and Wellness patients throughout the coverage period.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-informed care.
