Department Production / Operations, Production / Operations Location Sherrington, Quebec - Inspect equipment and inform the supply attendant of the type of onions to be processed according to the daily production plan

- Set equipment parameters before the start of the shift
- Monitor operations and report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor and/or maintenance (unusual noises, breakdowns, product quality issues)
- Feed the machine with the appropriate bag size
- Ensure packaging standards and specifications are met
- Perform product quality control and complete quality reports

- Ability to work standing and lift required materials
- Comfortable using computer systems

- Knowledge of HACCP standards is an asset
