Job Summary:

The Maintenance/Facilities Administrator’s primary function is to act as a liaison between the organization, managers, employees, and guests. Perform general office and facility administrative duties for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors, vendors, and contractors courteously and professionally and direct them to staff. Assist visitors with our sign-in procedure and ensure they have the appropriate PPE if they will be entering our shop facility.

1. Update and maintain the safety-related and facility asset and maintenance tracking systems

1. Provide support for other health and safety-related projects

1. Provide support for other facility and maintenance related projects.

1. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements

1. Print and prepare AP mail for processing.

1.



Ensure all public office areas are clean and skilled-looking, including kitchenettes and coffee centers.

1. Arrange refreshments or lunch deliveries for meetings when requested.

1. General typing, photocopying, faxing, and filing.

1. Miscellaneous Data entry as required, e.g. inventory

Qualifications:

1. A degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent in a relevant field

1. High proficiency in using PC applications, including Word, Email, Excel, and PowerPoint

1. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

1. A high level of discretion is required in dealing with confidential matters.

1. Demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
