The Property Management Team has an opportunity for a permanent full-time Facility Maintenance Mechanic position located in Saskatoon.
As an integral part of our service-oriented team, you will maintain and service facility systems to help ensure a safe and productive workplace for our customers and clients.
Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing facility maintenance duties such as operating, maintaining, and cleaning building mechanical and HVAC systems including providing minor repairs to these systems;
- Performing safe and efficient operation of the boiler systems and air conditioning equipment;
- Analyzing and maintaining boiler water testing and completing minor plumbing repairs;
- Ensuring facilities and equipment are safe and are meeting operating standards;
- Providing day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping; and
- Completing any additional duties as assigned.
