Maintenance Supervisor, Bathurst, Recent Brunswick

When you join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, youwill be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring thesafe, reliable, and efficient operation of mill equipment. This role plays acritical part in maximizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, andsupporting the mill's production objectives through effective maintenanceplanning and team leadership.

- Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 (CAD) annually

What You'll Do

- Lead a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance withcompany policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team, providingdirection, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities tomaximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Ensure high-quality, responsive maintenance services thatsupport the operational needs of the sawmill, planer mill, and kilns.




- Manage departmental budgets, work plans, and maintenancesystems to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You Offer

- At least one of the following: Journey LevelMillwright, Welder, Machinist or similar ticket, or post-secondary educationrelated to the maintenance of equipment
- 3 years of experience in wood products manufacturing or aheavy industrial environment
- 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinatingmaintenance personnel in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Bilingualism in French and English
