This hands-on role combines technical expertise with effective leadership strategies. As the Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll oversee operations within four critical areas: Health & Safety, Your People, Quality, and Productivity.

Your expertise in troubleshooting and communication will empower the team and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a robust commitment to safety and will promote training and effective integration of new team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote safety regulations and enforce 6S principles
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs




- Execute preventive maintenance to ensure compliance
- Manage maintenance priorities and support quick resolutions
- Lead communication rituals for effective information flow

Requirements:

- Trades Certificate, Technical Degree, or equivalent
- Experience with FMCG and high-speed production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Tools
- Strong background in troubleshooting equipment
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and LOTO procedures
