Manual Osteopathic Therapist as Independent Contractor

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Manual Osteopathic Therapist to join our team-oriented multidisciplinary clinic.
This is a great opportunity for a practitioner who values patient-centered care, enjoys working alongside other health and wellness professionals, and is looking to build or expand their practice in a supportive clinical environment.
Our goal is to provide each client with thoughtful, individualized care while creating a welcoming space where both clients and practitioners feel supported.
Responsibilities
As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, you will:
- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs, goals, and clinical findings
- Provide manual osteopathic treatments using appropriate hands-on techniques within your scope of practice
- Support clients experiencing pain, tension, mobility restrictions, postural concerns, and other musculoskeletal complaints
- Maintain accurate, professional, and timely clinical documentation
- Educate clients on appropriate self-care, movement, posture, and injury-prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate to support continuity of care
- Manage appointments and client information using JaneApp
- Process direct billing when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- Assist with light tidying of treatment and shared clinic areas
Qualifications We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed a recognized Manual Osteopathic Therapy program and meets applicable professional association requirements
- Holds current professional liability insurance
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and manual osteopathic principles
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provides compassionate, professional, and client-centered care
- Maintains high standards for clinical documentation, confidentiality, and professional conduct
- Is dependable, organized, and able to manage their schedule effectively
- Works well independently while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team
- Is comfortable working with a diverse client population
- Is committed to continued learning and professional development
Experience with JaneApp and direct billing is preferred but not required. Training can be provided to the right candidate. Additional language skills are considered an asset.

Pay: From $78.00 per hour
