The opportunity:

Reporting to the VP, Advisor Marketing, the Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing advisor requests and assisting with the development, implementation and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Marketing process optimization for a scalable advisor service model
- Lead the optimization and scaling of advisor marketing request management through structured intake processes, workflow automation, and digital tools.
- Design and manage ticketing systems that streamline advisor requests, automate routing and task assignment, improve service levels, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Management of incoming advisor requests

- Act as a primary point of contact for advisor marketing requests including ads, brochures, newsletters, websites, social media, media participation, seminar and event materials, etc.
- Monitor and manage the advisor marketing mailbox: review advisor requests, identify appropriate SMEs by request type, initiate a form for each request withing the project management tool, assign appropriate SMEs to each request.
- Manage incoming advisor requests through effective communication and management of expectations around deliverables and timelines to requesting advisors, setting workback schedules and timelines management with internal SMEs to ensure high advisor satisfaction.
- Manage request approvals with pertinent internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project management documentation, timely updates and escalations, filing and organization.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.




- Assist in the establishment of department procedures, implementation, and ongoing review of those procedures, striving to create efficiencies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, tailoring marketing strategies to address them.

- Campaign Support and Execution

- Assist in the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Help manage the production of marketing materials including graphics, brochures, presentations and other collateral.
- Coordinate marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.

- Content Creation Management

- Assist in planning and execution ofmulti-channel campaigns to drive engagement, acquisition and retention of financial advisors and their clients.
- Support the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters and social media platforms.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.

- Marketing Research and Reporting

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data on marketing campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, conversion rates and ROI.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field..
- 3+ years experience in marketing.
- Experience within the financial services or advisor marketing space an asset.
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
- Experience with workflow automation tools, digital workflow design and process optimization
- Knowledge of various marketing platforms and tools including Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), digital advertising platforms, email marketing and lead nurturing platforms, social media management and analytics, content creation and creative design tools, customer journey mapping and marketing attribution.




- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Pro.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals.
- Excellent attitude and commitment to providing extraordinary service.
- An excellent attention to detail.
- Exemplary interpersonal and influencing skills; an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively, across multiple mediums (in-person, over the phone, and virtually).

- Strong critical thinking and written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.

Compensation & Perks: Range $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

This range represents Wellington-Altus' expected range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

Wellington-Altus' total compensation package for employees may also include discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards. Wellington-Altus also offers health insurance, accident and life insurance, and other unique benefits per location.
