- Build and manage paid and organic acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, social media and email.
- Funnel & Landing Page Optimization: Design, test (A/B testing), and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize conversion rates.
- SEO & Content Collaboration: Coordinate with content writers and web teams to improve search engine rankings and capture high-intent organic traffic.
- Lead Scoring & Management: Work with CRM tools to track user behavior, score incoming leads, and pass qualified prospects to sales.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates,

providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support DRIVE's expansion into new regions and sports by adapting existing content, campaigns, and marketing tools for new markets.
- Help capture and develop customer stories, testimonials, and other content for DRIVE's marketing channels.

Sales, Pipeline Support and Operations

- Build and maintain DRIVE's target account list across customer segments, geographies, and sales channels.
- Research prospective customers and contacts, support lead qualification, and keep CRM records accurate and current.
- Support discovery and follow-up for active opportunities, including documenting customer needs and next steps.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, one-pagers, and other sales materials using approved templates and current pricing.
- Track pipeline movement, follow up on open actions, and flag opportunities that are stalled or missing a clear next step.
- Support the handoff of closed business to Operations & Deployment by ensuring customer, product, quantity, pricing, and delivery details are complete.
- Help prepare pipeline, funnel, and campaign performance reporting for regular commercial reviews.
- Coordinate with Product & Technology, Operations & Deployment, and Finance to keep customer opportunities moving.

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record in marketing, sales support, business development, or a commercial coordinator role.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of paid search (PPC), paid social ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- CRM & Automation: Experience using CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools.
- AI use in marketing, branding / design, copywriting / story telling, video editing and web development, etc..
- Analytical Mindset: Solid ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, polished sales and marketing materials.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, lead generation, content, or sales collateral across multiple channels.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities, campaigns, and deadlines at once.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team where responsibilities span sales and marketing.
- Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Certification & Google Analytics Certification
- Interest in hockey, sports technology, subscription products, or performance data is an asset.
