Working within asmall cross-functionalteam, the MarketingManager will beresponsible for bringingmarketing plans tolife across digital, print, trade,and sales channels. The ideal candidatecombines robust projectmanagement skills withgraphic design capabilitiesand the abilityto translate technicalproduct information intocompelling marketing materialsthat resonate withdesigners, distributors, architects, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Execute and support in the development of the company'sannual marketing plan, ensuring initiatives aredelivered on timeand alignedwith business objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaignsacross digital, print, email, social media, website, and tradeshow channels.
- Track campaign performanceand recommend optimizationsbased on results.

- Design and producea wide rangeof marketing assets, including brochures, catalogs, emailcampaigns, social mediagraphics, presentations, and digitalcontent.
- Support a Graphic Designer in their workload, prioritizing efficiency and project needs.




- Maintain brand consistencyacross all platforms and creatives.
- Work closely with the Product Development team and the EVP Sales and Marketing to develop marketing collateral to support product launches such as launch presentations, competitor analysis and product specification/data management.
- Manage photography, video, and other creativeassetsin collaboration withinternal teams andexternal vendors.
- Lead all initiatives related to website enhancements, revisions and data.

- Oversee product information data to ensure allremains accurate andup to dateacross allmarketing channels.

- Assist with tradeshow management and coordination.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, Graphic Design, ora related field.
- 3+ years ofmarketing experience, preferablyin lighting, interiordesign, architecture, buildingproducts, home furnishings, or a relatedindustry.
- Strong graphic designskills with proficiencyin Adobe CreativeSuite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience using Canvaand Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written communicationskills with theability to simplifytechnicalinformation into customer-focused messaging.
- Strong ability to improve processes and gain efficiencies.
- Ability to workindependently while collaboratingeffectively withina small team.
- Exceptional attention todetail a must.
