We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate programs, maintain marketing data, prepare reports, and support activities that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Working closely with internal teams, you'll contribute to the successful execution of marketing initiatives through campaign support, data analysis, and administrative coordination. Responsibilities:

- Support customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing activities.
- Coordinate the distribution of catalogues, flyers, and other marketing materials across print and digital channels.
- Assist with the execution, tracking, and reporting of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Maintain customer and marketing data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Generate reports and support data analysis to help measure campaign performance.
- Coordinate promotional product ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including expense tracking, travel coordination, and record management.




- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, projects, or programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with customer databases, CRM, ERP, or marketing systems.
- Experience coordinating promotional materials and vendor relationships.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with direct marketing, customer segmentation, or lead generation is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
