Hayward Holdings Inc. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Oversee the consumer rebate program: manage incoming calls and emails from customers, review invoices, enter all rebate information into the proper programs or sheets and manage reporting.
- Oversee the bounty rebate program: Enter rebate information into database validate claims, send letters, prepare forms for accounting department and overall administration of the program.
- Oversee our Totally Hayward and AquaPoints Programs: collect and manage data from distributors and direct dealers, handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal team members.
- Distribute Trade Policy violation reports to customers and follow up as required
- Spot check ecommerce sites on a regular basis
- Review partner sites to ensure current product offering, report any updates
- Maintain library of all commercial programs with direct and indirect customer accounts




- Facilitate reconciliation of customer program payouts with Finance
- Coordinate requests / updates re: the Salesforce.com CRM platform on behalf of the Canadian sales organization
- Validate & maintain accurate / current customer data on Salesforce
- Manage day-to-day inquiries via phone or email relating to image, logo, literature and manual requests
- Facilitate and organize trade shows, company meetings and related event logistics, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
- Assist the Director of Canada by acting as a liaison with the U.S. team on marketing programs and other initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective communication with the Canadian business.
- Create, maintain and distribute company communications for both internal and external audiences, ensuring messaging is accurate, timely and aligned with company standards.
- Assist in Website Support
- Maintain competitive analysis spreadsheets / price matrices
- Prepare delivery slips and other forms as required
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the marketing and sales industry preferred.

- Self-motivated with exceptional organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
- Salesforce experience would be an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English would be an asset.

Pay Range 60,000 - 75,000
