About the Role

Windward Software is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a fixed-term basis.

This role exists to cover a team member's leave of absence. It runs approximately 3–4 months, including a handover period after they return, so the work you do carries forward cleanly. We're upfront about this so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

You'll own a real portfolio of work from day one — content, competitive intelligence, campaign execution, and web publishing — rather than assisting from the sidelines. It suits someone who is comfortable working independently, learns tools quickly, and wants meaningful scope on a small team where your work ships.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
