The University of Ottawa Medical Associates (UMA) seeks a Full time Administrative Medical Claims Coordinator to support the billing team, coordinate workflows, and onboard new hires. You will train staff on EPIC workflows, act as liaison with the Office Administrator and Business Manager, and ensure timely, accurate billing across OHIP, RAMQ and third‑party insurers.

We value strong organizational skills, bilingual English/French abilities, and discretion with confidential information.
