Service Advisor - Pfaff Subaru, Guelph, ON N1K 0A4 At Pfaff Subaru, we're a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive experiences. We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Service Advisor. Our dealership has been recognized by Automotive News Canada as a Best Dealership to Work for FOUR consecutive years in a row.

If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service. Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership. Schedules service appointments.

Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed. Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.

Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. 2+ years of experience as Service Advisor in automotive field ~ CDK software experience. ~ Proficient with computer environments including Microsoft Office,



Internet Explorer, Outlook Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills ~ Competitive Compensation - Earning potential: $65,000 - $98,000 includes performance based bonus Health Benefits – full-time employees have access to health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance.
