First Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative at the Bowen Island Branch, full time, to deliver member-centric service, process transactions, open deposits, RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSA and lending products, and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll identify member needs, educate on financial options, cross-sell products, and maintain knowledge of offerings while delivering fast, friendly service in a community-focused environment.
