We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Membership Director to join our matchmaking team. In this role, you will lead the growth of our membership base by fostering meaningful relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and introducing them to our personalized matchmaking services. Responsibilities

-Drive membership growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their relationship goals, and aligning them with our matchmaking services.

-Conduct consultations with potential members to assess their needs and explain the benefits of our personalized approach to matchmaking.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their membership,



ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

-Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, including networking, events, and referrals.

Qualifications

-Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of sales and building and maintaining meaningful relationships.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their unique needs.

-Robust ability to present services and explain value propositions in a clear and compelling way.

-Demonstrated success in growing membership or client bases in a service-driven industry.

-Highly organized and detail oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagement simultaneously.

-Familiarity with matchmaking, coaching, or personal development industries is an asset.

-Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules.
