Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician dedicated to providing effective EFAP services.
Responsibilities include confidential counselling, developing treatment plans, and managing client cases. You’ll play a key role in providing after-hours crisis services and ensuring seamless care with your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential EFAP counselling and crisis management
- Develop and monitor treatment plans for each client
- Create detailed service plans with clients under supervision
- Manage after-hours crisis support on specified evenings
Requirements:
- Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Valid registration with appropriate governing body
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
