- Prioritize safety in all planning and execution
- Evaluate and coordinate operational improvement projects

Requirements:
- Degree in Mining, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum one year in mineral processing, inclusive of co-op experience
- Strong problem-solving and safety-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis
- Experience with gold or base metal processing
