Discovery Kidd is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join the team in North America’s Precious Metals sector. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting mining equipment both safely and efficiently. In this position, you will report to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor and ensure the upkeep of contemporary and traditional mining machinery.

You will be involved in preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance while adhering to safety policies. Effective communication and collaboration with team members will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on mining equipment
- Troubleshoot and inspect machinery issues
- Promote and adhere to safety policies
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems daily Requirements:
- Certificate of Qualification in Heavy Equipment
- Minimum three years’ experience in maintenance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with Caterpillar and John Deere equipment
