Role Title: Mobile Service Technician & Sales Professional

Compensation & Structure:





We believe in rewarding hard work and empowering our team to directly influence their earning potential. We utilize a hybrid model that rotates team members between hands-on production and field sales:

Production Rate: $20 to $25 CAD per hour paid during all physical service execution (painting, landscaping, washing, sealing, and other odd jobs).

Sales & Commission Rate: 10% to 15% of total revenue earned on self-generated jobs secured through door-to-door canvassing and other creative outbound sales.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
