You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll Do Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams* Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance* Create a strong customer-focused sales culture* Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting* Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations* Verify ID and follow all company policies and proceduresAbout You 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility* Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills* Cannabis, liquor,
