Position Summary Acuren is currently seeking an NDT Level 2+ Technician to support projects in the Pacific Region, specifically Langley, BC. If you’re looking for a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for professional growth and skill development, this is the opportunity for you.

- Start date: March 2026
- Position will be up to 30-40 hrs./week
- Rate will be up to $39.56 to 57.36/hr. depending on certifications Responsibilities - Perform Non-Destructive Testing – Conduct inspections using methods such as ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), or eddy current (ET) according to established procedures and standards.
- Interpret and Evaluate Results – Analyze test data and results, identify discontinuities or defects, and determine if they meet applicable codes, standards, or client specifications.
- Prepare Reports and Documentation – Accurately document inspection results, maintain records, and generate reports for review by Level 3 technicians or engineering personnel.
- Maintain Equipment and Ensure Compliance – Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot NDT equipment, and ensure all testing is performed safely and in accordance with industry codes and regulatory standards.

Requirements Certification Requirements

- CGSB Level 2 Certifications required:




- CGSB Ultrasonic Testing UT2 Certification - Magnetic Particle Testing MT2 CGSB Certification - Liquid Penetrant Testing PT2 CGSB Certification - IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset Other Requirements:
- Reside locally to Langley, BC or willing to relocate.
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally (English).
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
- Possess a valid driver’s license minimum (Class 5) with a clean driving record.
