Join Lean In Montreal as the Vice-President of Circles, driving women's networking initiatives and content development. Join efforts to empower members through the Women at Work program. In this role, you will report directly to the President and be integral in implementing the overall network strategy to ensure an engaging and supportive workplace.

You'll work with Circle leaders to develop and launch effective content that facilitates participation and collaboration, making impactful strides within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a detailed implementation plan for Circles
- Collaborate with Circle leaders on program offerings
- Track engagement metrics for Circle participation
- Work with marketing to promote Circles effectively
- Identify and recommend relevant topics for discussion Requirements:
- Experience in content/program creation
- Leadership and volunteer management skills are beneficial
- Knowledge of Lean In Circles is advantageous
- Completion of Circle leadership training is required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slack Enhance networking and learning opportunities for women in the workplace as the Vice-President of Circles with Lean In Montreal.
