A new home sales host/hostess or model home host/hostess serves as the vital first point of contact, welcoming prospective buyers, managing visitor registration, and maintaining the presentation of the sales centre:

Core Responsibilities

- Greeting & Registration: Welcome every visitor warmly, make a robust first impression, and have guests sign in to track leads and contact details. Data collection and input of data.
- Information Provision: Share basic details regarding floor plans, community amenities, pricing, and builder backgrounds. This includes in person visits and phone/email inquiries.
- Sales Support: Hand serious prospects off to the professional sales team or book formal appointments.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep the model home and office clean, tidy,



and well-stocked with brochures and marketing materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and log visitor feedback. This may include assisting administrator duties as well and scanning and photo copying, etc.

Hours of Work: you must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekends) Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
