Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and reliable night-time guardian of our hotel. In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth overnight operations, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the security and integrity of the property. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the seamless functioning of our front desk during evening hours.

Fluency in multiple languages and excellent communication skills are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support guest services by providing local information, assisting with luggage, and coordinating special requests.

Qualifications





- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse guest base.
- Robust phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including reservation systems and guest account management.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hospitality or hotel management training is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
