The Director of Operations is responsible for all regional station operations, ensuring that the delivery of services is consistent, professional, safe, and secure.
The role requires a seasoned senior manager with strong operational and business understanding and leadership skills. Oversight of Operational leadership and drives safety, operational performance, customer experience, and financial results .
Evaluate daily staffing and ensures resources are aligned for optimum performance . Daily labo u r management . Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans consistent with customer expectations .
Identify and drive continuous improvements in the operation process and communicate them to the executive team and customer . Build effective partnerships with internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business partners, communities, and other business entities .
Interacts regularly with the executive team to ensure operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
Promotes team-building initiatives and performs coaching and mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members. Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints are brought forth and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner. Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
Promotes and adheres to policies , including but not limited to, Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Chance.
Experience managing a budget . Must have the ability to identify , evaluate and refine operational and financial results and manage to meet target performance. Must be able to lead team members effectively, as well as coach and develop individuals toward meeting corporate and individual goals.
L ead innovation by teaching, consensus-building, and project execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self- starting on tasks within area of expertise. Must be able to obtain credentials required as per local authorities .
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience . You will need to have flexibility in your schedule , including nights, weekends, and holidays . Must be willing and able to travel as operationally needed.
