: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN/RPN provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. he individual must possess a progressive and cutting-edge approach to long term care.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities
- Perform nursing services relating to the care of patients in long term care
