The Onboarding

Specialist will coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the company culture, processes, and role‑specific training. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation, compliance training, and role‑specific instruction Develop and maintain onboarding materials, resources,



and schedules in collaboration with the Training team Collaborate with HR, department managers, and trainers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Assist in identifying onboarding needs and recommend enhancements to training programs Support the Training Department with administrative tasks and training logistics as needed 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, training coordination, or related HR functions ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset ~ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and onboarding software is a plus ~ Knowledge of the traffic control or construction industry is advantageous but not required ~ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred #
