You will gather business requirements, leverage HR data, and implement cloud-based solutions to align operational goals. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your insights will propel data accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document HR business requirements across stakeholders
- Collaborate to define solution requirements for Workday implementations
- Analyze HR data and produce custom reporting solutions
- Recommend improvements for data management and process quality
- Champion Workday Compensation and Benefits with compliance oversight Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Workday expertise in business processes
- 2-3 years in Business Analysis with critical problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in high-profile, complex projects
