We are seeking a motivated and organised Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, process improvement, resource coordination, performance management and business operations initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency,



maintain service quality and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning, coordinating and monitoring daily business operations.
- Coordinate workflows, resources, schedules and operational activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Track operational issues, risks and dependencies and assist with resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures, reports and records.
- Support budgeting, resource planning and operational forecasting activities.
- Communicate operational updates and performance information to stakeholders
