Group is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to supervise collection operations in Sault Ste. Marie. This hands-on management role will involve supporting collection operators and enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include training drivers, managing daily dispatching, and handling labor-related initiatives while fostering a culture of service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational processes and support drivers
- Oversee collections operations and truck dispatching
- Implement driver training and health & safety compliance
- Handle recent hire onboarding with HR
- Complete required operational reporting daily Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in logistics
- Valid DZ/AZ license with air brake endorsement
- Proficient in MS Office; Excel knowledge is a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
