- 8+ years of experience with Information Technology
Must Have
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion/12c Support Projects with stringent SLA's
- Strong Functional skills in Finance modules – AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management etc.
- Work with Functional /Business teams to understand the tickets raised and working on resolution
- Good Knowledge in Various Integration Methodologies /Design Patterns
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework.
Nice to have
- Candidate with positive knowledge of SCM or Oracle EBS technical skills will be preferred
- Interacts with IT business partnership teams on solution use and development.
- Influences business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.
- Collaborates with Global Infrastructure Architects
- Support solution operations leader to improve reliability and efficiency
