We are seeking a skilled skilled with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management to join our team. This role involves working remotely with occasional travel required, primarily in the government sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management
- Ability to configure, implement, and support Absence Management solutions
- Experience in designing absence plans based on business and legislative requirements
- Prior work experience in the government sector or similar industry.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise or government-sector Absence Management implementations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure eligibility profiles, accruals, carryover rules, and validations
- Support Absence Management workflows and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules
- Coordinate processes with Payroll and Time & Labor
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, business, and technical stakeholders
- Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations
- Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management
