Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM / Microsoft Entra ID Integration Developer

Location: Mississauga, Ontario – Hybrid (2 days onsite / primarily remote)

Contract: 3 Months + Possible Extension

Rate: $75/hr Inc OR $63/hr T4

About the Prospect

Our client is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM / Microsoft Entra ID Integration Developer to support a critical integration initiative as part of a major Oracle Fusion ERP deployment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Microsoft Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory .

A key focus of the role will be automating employee onboarding and offboarding by transforming Oracle HCM employee delta files into SCIM-compliant payloads for ingestion through the Microsoft Inbound Provisioning API.

This is an ASAP requirement supporting a critical November 9 go-live , so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced implementation environment with tight timelines and supporting cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement integration architecture between Oracle Fusion HCM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Map Oracle HCM employee attributes to SCIM, Entra ID, and Active Directory attributes.
- Develop transformation logic to convert Oracle HCM delta files from CSV into SCIM-compliant payloads.
- Build ingestion and automation processes using PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or equivalent technologies.
- Configure and validate the initial full synchronization into Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Implement ongoing delta synchronization using Oracle ATOM Feed APIs.
- Configure and support optional writeback from Entra ID to Oracle HCM.
- Update Microsoft Entra Connect Sync mappings to support hybrid identity flows where required.
- Develop and execute unit, system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with IAM, Oracle, ERP,



and implementation teams.
- Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and hypercare activities.
- Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal support and IAM teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with identity platforms .
- Practical experience with SCIM-based identity provisioning ; SCIM 2.0 experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and developing transformation pipelines for HR employee delta files .
- Strong understanding of enterprise employee onboarding, offboarding, joiner/mover/leaver (JML) workflows.
- Experience working within hybrid identity environments involving cloud and on-premises Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and integration problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within aggressive implementation timelines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience supporting an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation .
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, or Azure Functions .
- Familiarity with legacy Oracle Database integration logic .
- Experience with IAM governance, identity lifecycle management, and enterprise IAM best practices.
- Azure or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery environments .
- Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps principles .
