Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR Lead

Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable

Work Location: Work from home in Canada

Travel in Canada: Very limited and occasionally needed

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR / Global HR configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR / Global HR configuration and implementation.

Configure enterprise and workforce structures, including legal employers, business units, departments, jobs, positions, grades, and locations.

Configure and support employee lifecycle processes, including hires, transfers, promotions, assignments, and terminations.

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Support workflows, security, integrations,



data migration, and reporting related to Core HR.

Work closely with other HCM workstreams to support end-to-end HR processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR / Global HR experience.

Deep knowledge of Core HR configuration, workforce structures, and employee lifecycle processes.

Experience with workflows, security, integrations, data migration, and reporting.

Experience leading Core HR implementation activities and working directly with business stakeholders.

At least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification.
