Experienced Owner-Operators Wanted

Year-Round Position

JK Allies Ltd. is a growing North American wholesale supply and sourcing company serving businesses across Canada and the United States.

We source and supply consumer goods, industrial products, commercial supplies, raw materials, and other products for businesses throughout North America. As our supply and distribution network grows, we work with qualified owner-operators to support the movement of freight between suppliers, customers, distribution locations, and other destinations.

We are looking for experienced owner-operators interested in building a long-term business relationship with a growing supply and distribution company.

This is an owner-operator opportunity. You provide and operate your own tractor.

COMPENSATION

$2.30 PER PAID MILE — FUEL SURCHARGE INCLUDED

Owner-operators are compensated at approximately $2.30 per paid mile, including fuel surcharge, subject to the applicable owner-operator agreement.

Our goal is to provide a competitive mileage-based opportunity with reliable freight and strong utilization.

Actual annual gross revenue will depend on paid mileage, available freight, routes, operating schedule, and other factors.

$2.30 per paid mile represents approximately $250,000-$350,000 in annual gross revenue before owner-operator operating expenses.

This is gross revenue, not salary or take-home pay. Owner-operators are responsible for their own fuel, truck payments, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and other operating expenses unless otherwise specified in the owner-operator agreement.

Compensation Details The owner-operator agreement will specify:

- Mileage payment structure
- What miles qualify as paid miles

- Fuel surcharge treatment
- Applicable accessorial or additional compensation

- Payment schedule and terms
- Owner-operator responsibilities and expenses

Compensation and operating terms will be clearly discussed before entering into an agreement.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an owner-operator working with JK Allies, you will help support the movement of products and materials within our broader wholesale supply, sourcing, and distribution network.

Your work may involve transporting goods between suppliers, customers, distribution locations, and other points within our North American supply network.

Responsibilities may include

- Safely operating your own tractor
- Transporting freight on Canadian and Canada–U.S. cross-border routes
- Completing scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Supporting the movement of goods between suppliers, customers, and distribution locations
- Properly securing and handling freight
- Completing required transportation and border documentation
- Maintaining accurate trip and vehicle records
- Coordinating professionally with the JK Allies operations team, customers, and business partners

- Completing required vehicle inspections
- Complying with applicable Canadian and U.S. transportation requirements
- Providing dependable and professional service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for experienced, professional owner-operators who can become reliable transportation partners within our supply network.

Requirements

- Experience operating commercial trucks
- Valid Canadian commercial driver's licence appropriate for the equipment operated
- Reliable and well-maintained tractor
- Strong safety and driving record
- Previous long-haul experience
- Ability to operate Canada–U.S. cross-border routes
- Required documentation for cross-border commercial transportation
- Ability to meet applicable Canadian and U.S. licensing, safety, insurance,



and regulatory requirements
- Qualified communication and strong work ethic
- Dependability and commitment to customer service

Previous Canada–U.S. cross-border experience is an asset.

YOUR EQUIPMENT

This is an owner-operator position.

JK Allies does not provide the tractor. Successful owner-operators are responsible for providing, maintaining, insuring, and operating their own equipment in accordance with applicable requirements.

Specific equipment, insurance, licensing, and compliance requirements will be discussed during the application process.
