- Oversee all project phases, including budgets, schedules, and compliance with specifications - Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance activities at assigned locations - Review project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and addendums, before bids or proposals - Support contractor and trade selection, including preparing bid requests, contracts, and estimates - Identify cost-saving opportunities during renovations and deconstruction - Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable city, state, and federal regulations - Confirm contractors are properly trained, following procedures, and using appropriate PPE - Ensure subcontractors obtain required permits - Work under the direction of the appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant (ADVP) Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Prior U-Haul experience required - 3–5 years of construction or repair shop experience - Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment (with training) - OSHA certification preferred - Consistent and reliable attendance - Compliance with OSHA and all applicable city, state, and federal regulations - Ability to work near moving machinery, fumes,
