Take on a casual role as a Support Worker at YWCA Prince Albert Inc. and help shape the futures of young residents. This position requires compassion, flexibility, and dedication to youth development. As a Youth Support Worker, you will engage with teenagers, assisting them in setting career goals and developing job readiness skills.

Your work includes preparing meals, maintaining a secure and clean environment, and planning activities that promote personal growth. Your guidance will be crucial in supporting youth as they navigate toward independence. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide youth in career goal identification and readiness
- Maintain a clean and safe home workplace
- Prepare meals for youth residents each day
- Log daily activities and major issues accurately
- Plan enjoyable and educational activities Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12;

experience with youth is a plus

- First Aid and CPR-C certification or willingness to complete
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture preferred
- Must pass a Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check Support young individuals in their journey to adulthood through this impactful role.
