Job Type: Part time Seasonal (~24 hours/week)

Compensation: $18.50 CAD/hr + $100.00 Holiday Completion Bonus

Role Overview

Looking for a reliable way to build up your holiday cash stash? Join the Envoi team for an 11.5-week seasonal sprint! Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our package processing is quick, accurate, and efficient by preparing incoming shipments for driver pickups.

Schedule & Compensation

- Shift Times: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (may extend to 5:00 PM during peak volume)
- Work Days: Scheduled 6 days/week (facility operates 7 days/week)
- Pay Frequency: Paid weekly every Monday via direct deposit
- Retention Bonus: Receive a $100.00 lump-sum bonus on your final paycheque upon completing the contract through December 31!

What You Will Do
- Unpack & Sort: Remove packages from pallets, place them on conveyors, and sort products according to guidelines.
- Scan & Organize: Use your smartphone and the Envoi app to scan barcodes and position packages on sorting racks.
- Load Vehicles: Assist with loading packages directly into driver vehicles for out-for-delivery routes.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the work environment clean and hazard-free by organizing pallets and clearing shrink wrap.

What We Are Looking For
- Tech-Ready: Must own a smartphone with a functioning camera to run the Envoi scanning app.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend,



and shelf packages throughout a 4-hour shift.
- Lifting Capabilities: Ability to safely lift packages up to 50 lbs (the vast majority weigh under 10 lbs).
- Reliability: High punctuality and attendance for short daily shifts.

Work Eligibility Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Canada to align with tax and payroll requirements.
